Options 1 & 2 – You have the option to book the boat only and use your own transport to and From Sanur and from the landing in Lembongan to your villa (and back). Although it seems cheaper, we do not recommend this option as taxis are expensive in Lembongan. This option is not available with D’Camel.

Option 3 & 4 – You have the option to book the boat only and use your own transport to and From Sanur. In option 3 & 4 the transport in Lembongan to and from your villa is included.

Option 5 & 6 – Use our DOOR-to-DOOR service which includes transport from the airport or your hotel in Bali (most areas) to your stay in Lembongan both ways. Pick up from your accomodation in Bali and drop off on the return, is included for many areas.
Additional charge for for pick up or drop off service in further afield areas.

ROCKY has its own pontoon in Nusa Lembongan allowing “dry” boarding. All the other companies land on the beach.

Dates Changes, Cancellation policies

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE YOUR DATES OR TIME OR CANCEL YOU NEED TO GIVE US 24 HOURS NOTICE MINIMUM to allow us to cancel with the company otherwise YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL BOOKING COST.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made more than 5 days prior to departure: 25% penalty
Cancellations made within 5 days of departure: 50% penalty
Cancellations made on the day of departure: 100% penalty

⁠ ⁠No night boats: The latest boat of the day departs at 5 PM.
⁠Pick-up timing: If we arrange your transfer, pick-up will be scheduled 2 hours before the boat departure.
Self-arranged transfer: If you arrange your own transfer, please ensure you check in at the boat office at least 1 hour before departure.
For 1 passenger bookings, there will be an additional charge of IDR 250,000 per way for pickup or drop-off at Ngurah Rai Airport or Cocomart Ubud.
