Sea SunBeach Villa is a newly completed beachfront property offering a rare combination of privacy, comfort, and luxury in the peaceful area of Jungutbatu, Nusa Lembongan
The villa comprises three beautifully appointed king suites, each designed as an independent space.
Guests may reserve a single suite, two suites, or the entire property depending on their needs. When booking individual suites, the pool and outdoor areas are shared with other guests. Reserving all three suites ensures exclusive use of the entire villa.
Each suite has been thoughtfully designed to offer both comfort and autonomy, featuring a king-size bed, private ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, smart TV, writing desk, safety box, mini fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. A private terrace with seating area allows guests to enjoy the outdoor setting in complete comfort.
All suites open onto a spacious wooden deck centred around a large swimming pool, with uninterrupted ocean views. Sun loungers and shaded areas provide an inviting setting to relax throughout the day.
The villa is located in Jungutbatu, on the way to the Mangrove area, known for its quieter atmosphere while remaining conveniently close to the village centre. The main hub is approximately five minutes by scooter, and several cafés and restaurants are within walking distance.
Breakfast is not included, however it can be arranged and delivered directly to your suite from the excellent Agung Beach Club, located right next door.
An extra single folding bed can be arranged upon request (additional charge).
A baby cot and high chair are available complimentary upon request.
A Note on Tides
The beach at the mangrove is very safe for children. At certain times of the year, the tides are larger, making swimming momentarily difficult due to the surprisingly low level of water. This is a temporary natural phenomenon, and the depth at high tide is perfect. There are fantastic snorkeling spots just beyond the coral edge of the lagoon.
